  • Must I get your trained installer to fix my Livoltek all-in-one ESS, inverter, or battery for the warranty to be valid or I can get my own qualified technician?

    To ensure quality control and assurance, we require that installation be done by a trained and licensed technician from Hexing/Livoltek.

  • What is the warranty procedure of the all-in-one system?

  • Are Livoltek Inverters compatible with other LFP batteries?

    They are compatible with Livoltek batteries and other batteries which use Pylon protocol.

  • What is the maximum capability to power inductive and resistive loads (kVA)?

    Inductive load 2-3KW | Resistive load 5KW.

  • How does the Livoltek All-in-One Energy Storage System respond to low voltage, high voltage, overload?

    In the event of a surge in voltage or low voltage fault, the system will enter the fault countdown for 1 minute, and if it is triggered 5 times in a row, it will lock for 30 minutes.
    It will be protected immediately when overload occurs and will recover after the fault is resolved.

  • Is the Livoltek All-in-One Energy Storage System compatible with 3rd party Energy Management System?

    The hardware interface is compatible with the 485 interfaces of the WIFI dongle.
    The software uses the standard MODBUS protocol, which can be adapted to customers through an open protocol.
    Joint debugging is required.
